The union has for a long time been seen as a negative force that didn't really do anything worth giving a damn about. This needed to change. TCO is a positive force, which does great work for its members, both in their work life as well as their life life. To highlight this we created an ongoing initiative: 'The Union is Changing' - a campaign with the purpose tell people about the change that is happening, but also to ask everyone for their thought on what they think needs improvement.
